Sales Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company targets, managing and mentoring the sales team, and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment.


- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives

- Identify and target potential customers and markets to generate new business opportunities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to drive individual and team performance

- Monitor sales activities and performance metrics, analyzing data to identify areas of improvement and implementing necessary changes

- Collaborate with other departments within the organization, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company objectives

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats

- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, presenting findings to senior management

- Participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and generate leads

- Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical conduct in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and partners


- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)

- Proven track record of successful sales management in a similar role, preferably in the IT sector

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive a sales team to achieve targets

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, as well as market trends and competition

- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth

- Ability to analyze data and use it to drive informed decision-making

- Proficient in using sales management software and CRM systems

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Willingness to travel as required
